This matcha is JAS organic certified.

We do everything from growing the tea leaves to grinding them in our own stone mill.
Matcha is made by drinking the whole tea leaf.
That's why we focus on organic farming.

Once the product arrives, please store it in the refrigerator immediately. Storing it at room temperature will lead to a deterioration in quality.

Recommended way to drink: 2g matcha (1.5 teaspoons)
Amount of water: 80ml
Water temperature: 80-90°C
(Be careful not to get burned.)
(It can also be enjoyed with cold water.)
